Los Angeles, known also as City of Angels and L.A., is the largest city in California and the main setting of Gangstar 2: Kings of L.A., Gangstar: West Coast Hustle and Gangstar City.
The city is divided into districts which include the Coast, the Suburbs, Beverly Hills, Downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica and the Market. In Gangstar: West Coast Hustle, the district Hollywood has a sign that is based on the Hollywood Sign: it is called Plywood.
The city is bordered by water on three sides and has land to the northwest and across the body of water to its east.
Trivia[]
- In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, this city is fictionalized as Los Santos and the "Pinewood" sign is called the Vinewood Sign. Coincidentally, Gangstar 2: Kings Of L.A. was released four years after GTA: San Andreas (which was released in 2004), GTA V and GTA Online, which were both released four years after Gangstar: West Coast Hustle (which was released in 2009) and GTA V, GTA Online and Gangstar City which was released in the same year (2013).
